Every
item on our Website is Guaranteed for your
customers 100% Satisfaction! If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with a purchase,
simply return the item in its original packaging.
Once
we receive the item we will credit your
account immediately. We do not refund the
shipping and handling charge, so please
be aware of this fact. It will also be your
responsibility to absorb the cost of shipping
the item back to us.
We
will replace any merchandise that has been
received in less than PERFECT condition.
A UPS call tag may be issued and new merchandise
will be shipped immediately. Our claims
dept. will process all of the necessary
paperwork for filing the claim with UPS.
All
merchandise is shipped via UPS unless otherwise
noted.

We do not ship Internationally except for
Canada.
